Help- I have no sound!

All of a sudden, my sound stopped working. I brought up the sound folder in the control panel and it says, No audio devices are installed. I did have Realtek High Definition Audio for seven months until a couple of days ago. I just don't understand what happened. The only thing I have done differently is run a program from Microsoft.com called Errorsmart to fix errors and improve the performance of my computer. I tried to do a system restore back to before I got that program but no system restores will work. That says, an unspecified error occured during restore. I don't know what to do. If I do a system recovery, I'm scared of losing all my games and pictures. Please help!

agar na chale to,,, machine ko open karo, aur sound card remove kar do,,, phir machine start karo aur jab chal jae to machine ko doobara off karo,,,, ab sound card phirse install karo aur machine ko doobara start karo,,,

kuch samjhe beta,,,? abbbbb jab machine start hogi to usse sound card mil jae ga,,,, aur phirse driver install karo ta ke woh usse chala sake,,, yaad rakhna tumhein truck driver chahie,,,, bus wala ya rikshaw wala nahin chale ga,,,

or haan agar backup chahie to sari pictures mujhe bejh do!
