Heylo everyone

Ok,i wanted some help so the tech freaks, put on your thinking topis!

So okie on a serious note, i wanted to delete a program off my computer. I went to add/remove programs BUT when i try removing that program, it says sumthing like

"Please close all instances of Internet or Globe7[tht program] to continue"

and wen i press re-try, it wouldn't delete itself Yelling

so any idea or advice as to how i can get rid of this program caz add/remove programs don't seem to be helping and i dunno of any other alternatives.

Did you try to close all instances of internet, and globe7 ? Smile

ctrl + alt + del, then click the PROCESSES tab, find the program in that list, and click END PROCESS. Then try to uninstall it again.

Take it easy -- but take it.
